He has held senior managerial roles in companies like Safaricom PLC, Paynet Limited and EFT Corporation across East and Central Africa.
He has excelled in Business Development - growth, sales & amp; marketing, product development and event management.

His career spans a range of high-impact roles in both startups and globally recognized tech organizations, with a focus on distributed ledger technologies (DLTs), blockchain architecture, NFT marketplaces, DeFi platforms, and cross-chain ecosystems.

Lena’s impressive portfolio includes developing predictive models for health sciences, leading award-winning projects in data science, such as a mobile application for sustainable agriculture, and deploying real-time AI-driven systems for early diabetes disease detection and optimizing rainwater harvesting through data-driven approaches, and publishing academic papers on advanced statistical methodologies.

Precious is a highly skilled professional with a diverse background in energy engineering, mathematics, and public policy. Holding an MSc in Energy Engineering from Kyushu University, Japan, and a BA in Mathematics-Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, she combines technical expertise with strategic insight.
Her diverse professional experience includes her time at MTJ Co., Ltd., Tokyo, where she developed machine learning models and provided actionable insights to optimize production, doubling output and reducing waste by 4%. She also led market entry campaigns and collaborated on smart exchange machine placements in Africa and Asia during her tenure at ActPro Co., Ltd. Precious has further contributed to impactful research and capacity development through roles at organizations like HYBR Scaling African Solutions and FARA Forum for Agricultural Research in Ghana.
